Restrict where your employees can access the dialer.

If you would like to restrict the network and location of where your staff can login and use the dialer, then you need to add the location lock service to your account. To do this, give us all of the IP Addresses for the locations you wish to grant access to use your dialer. We will charge you a 1 time setup fee of $30….if you need to add, change or delete an IP Address there is a $20 maintenance fee to change the original list.

To do this you need to find out your Static IP for you network. (Please make sure you have a STATIC IP address or you will lock yourself out of your dialer every time your ISP changes your Dynamic Network IP and this will cause a $20 fee to correct.)

You must call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and they will let you know your Static IP or will assign you a static IP.

If you lock yourself out or need help setting this up we reserve the right to charge a $20 fee for fixing an issue.
