Caller ID is showing the wrong name and is different from what is in my settings Print

First - check the Caller ID and name listed on the campaign.

Second -If manually dialing the Caller ID is pulled from that agents settings so comfirm the number is correct for that agent.

Third-The Phone Provider/Carrier you purchased your phone number from has the final say in what is displayed on the Caller ID to the person called.  
Many U.S carriers and some Cheaper Carriers like magic jack, Vonage and others will override the T-Max information with what they have on file,
In these cases you will need to contact the phone provider to have them adjust what they display.
