Not all the phone numbers in a CSV file are uploading Print

1. Try saving the .csv file then upload it to a new campaign and see if this fixes it.

2. Make sure you have the correct boxes checked when uploading it. Read the boxes carefully and if you do not understand what they say call us.

3. Check your email. You will have received one with the upload of each campaign. Then click "Errors By Line". This will give you the reason certain phone numbers have not loaded.

4. If you have duplicate phone numbers they may not be uploaded depending on what boxers are checked
