Yes, administrators can barge in on a live call. ( your webphone or sip phone must be set up to use this feature)
On the left side of your screen click on Press the next to an Agent you want to Monitor, Coach or Conference. A SIP and or WebPhone connection is required to use this feature. If you are not sure about your settings go to your settings page by clicking on then click on this will bring you to the Voice Connection Settings for T-Max Dialer you will need to choose either or and save the changes. If you choose SIP you will need to change the 4-digit SIP password, Download the T-Max SoftPhone and put the user name domain and password into the SIP Phone. Once you and your agents have the desired connection method using your dial pad, press '1' to speak with their contact, press '2' to coach your agent, or press '3' to conference in.
