Go to the Settings Button.
Click on the button that says Setup Email Templates.
The dialer supports on-screen, one-click email sending. In order to use this feature, it must be specifically enabled on your account. Emails are sent in HTML format.
Merging emails with information about the contact is possible by using the #{} within the content of the email. For example, if the email should start out as 'Hello Matt, this is Joe from Acme Co...' and the database field name to replace is Name (case sensitive) 'Hello #{Name}, this is Joe from Acme Co...' should be placed in the content. You can put any database filed in the #{} that you would like to be shown on the e-mail. There's an example below. Once you have the email named and typed out how you want it, simply hit "Add Email Template". If you wish to show a different email address when sending email, enter the email address and hit "Update Send Address"
If you are an Admin and wish to setup all agents, click on the Admin button and then on each user, click the "Configure Email Template button and follow the same steps above.
Now when your Agent is on a call they want to send an email to, they just need to click the email button and choose the name of the email that is setup.
