If the agent walks away from their desk or they have finished for the day, they should be sure to sign out in the correct manor.
First you will want to finish the call that you are on, making sure to fill out any disposition information.
Next the agent must click the big read "Agent Disconnect" button. 
Once the big red "Agent Disconnect" button has been clicked the agent can click the "Logout" button on the bottom left of the screen. 
If you do not see the big red "Agent Disconnect" button then you are not connected to the dialer, you can simply just click the "Logout" button then to logout.
