Play Msg - Play Pre-Recorded Message
How do I add/assign sound files for use with the Play Msg. button?
Each agent needs their own individual uploaded recording/s what’s said in the recording is up to you or the individual agent. You will need to go to the Settings tab , if the agent does not have a settings tab, then give us a call Ph# (620) 607-0249. If the agent has the settings tab you will need to log in to each agent’s dialer using THEIR User Name and Password, then go to their settings tab .
Find the Sound Files box and click on the Add Sound button.
Upload a wave file or record a message over the phone. If you choose to do a recording over the phone be sure the number, you call is a direct line and is not the transfer or caller ID number on the Dialer.
As an Administrators when finished if you want to take the permissions for the settings tab away from the agent so the agent can’t make their own message and or upload whatever they want, just give us a call and we will take it away from them for you.
