Yes, you have 2 ways you can transfer a call. ( you cannot transfer a call to another agent on the dialer)
1: Is a Blind transfer by hitting the transfer button on the contact view screen and dialing the number you want to transfer to. But once you dial the number you are off the line and the consumer only hears the call is dialed and ringing and you have no way to tell if the agent picked up the phone or the call went thru.
2: Is the 3-way calling button on the contact view screen your agent can call the number relay the info needed to the other agent and then hang up. But remember the consumer is on the line with you during this time so you will want to make sure your agents stay professional on the call.
