Why can't I hear anything on the dialer?

If you are unable to get audio some headsets may have built-in controls, check the headset itself, as well as the wires or USB plug if you are using a wireless model, make sure nothing is muted.

Your headset may not be synced up to your Computer. Most headsets will automatically be recognized by the computer when plugged in, but some need to be manually configured. Are you able to hear other sounds through the headset from your computer like music, if not sometimes restarting your computer with the USB plugged in works, if it doesn’t you will need to locate your Hardware and sound devices in the control panel on your computer and manage your audio devices?

If you have a second headset, try using that one to eliminate the possibility of faulty equipment.

Do you have any other softphones installed on your computer? Other softphones may cause the dialer not to connect with your T-Max phone. Try uninstalling the other softphone.

Are you using the same agent/Admin login on another computer? The dialer may not be able to connect with the T-Max phone if it’s busy with another user.
