Agent Set up and training

First, make sure your agent's webphone is configured correctly by clicking on this link https://tmaxdialer.com/bill/knowledgebase/489/How-to-setup-the-Integrated-Web-Phone-with-Macor-PC.html.

Now that your agent's phone is set up correctly your Agents can log in and start the dialer from their “Dashboard” tab by clicking on the campaign you created and assigned them to.  When they click on the campaign, they should hear “Get ready to sale, finding Prospects” and then they are connected to the campaign correctly. The dialer will automatically switch to the Contact View screen. They should see the phone numbers that the dialer is calling on the left top corner and when someone picks up the phone the dialer should instantly populate the information for that person that you loaded. Once the call is dispositioned the dialer will start calling the next contact, so please wait until the call is done and you are ready to move on to the next call. If your agent goes on break they need to click the Agent Disconnect button so the dialer knows that they are not still working on calls and the dialer can effectively distribute the calls.

  • Login with the login and password you were provided with from your manager.
  • Make sure you are on your Dashboard.
  • Click on the campaign your manager told you to call on.
  • Hear get ready to sell in your headset as you are switched to your contact view.
  • Wait for a call to connect screen will populate name and loaded information
  • Ask for the name on your screen once the call connects
  • Finish call and hang up
  • Disposition the call (this will tell the dialer to start calling again)
  • When you go on break or leave for the day click the Big red AGENT DISCONNECT button this will disconnect everything properly. When ready to start making calls again repeat the above steps if logged in already follow the steps after login.
