3rd Row of the Contact View, Blue Scroll, Pop up script box, Upon disposition and load next call box


BLUE SCROLL:  Pops up a script automatically if the admin configured it in the Agent settings on the admin tab.

Popup script on connect: allows agent to turn auto script pop up on/off  if the admin configured it in the agent settings on the admin tab.

Upon disposition, load next call: Allows agent to turn on/off the to automatically move on to next phone call on dialer, if the admin configured it in the agents settings on the admin tab.
