Do I need a phone or What type of phone do I need?

It depends on which dialer you wish to use.

Predictive Dialer: No, all you need to use the predictive dialer is a headset that can be connected to your computer. A single jacked headset won't work. Use a usb or a "2" jack (plug) headset. We help you download a free soft phone and your agent does all the calling through the free soft phone.  But if you leave voice mails or someone wants to call the caller ID back you will need a phone of any kind.

 

Voice Broadcast: Yes, for the Voice broadcast you will need a phone and phone number or even better a PBX to transfer calls back to.  It will be preferable if the phone number rings all of your collectors or sales people with no digital receptionist or opening message.
