I can't get the recorded voice mail message to play. It says no sound file available.

You need to enable the sound file for In-call playing. It's one of the hyper links near the wav upload area.

Also make sure the duration (in seconds) appears new the wave file they are trying to play. Sometimes users try to upload mp3 files and things, and that does not work correctly.

Also you need to have a separate recording uploaded for each seat not just the group. So you need to make sure the edit screen tab is checked for each seat that is for the settings tab, and where you will upload the file.
