Hours of Operations for Sales, Training, General Support, Billing, Trials, and all General Inquiries:

Mon-Thurs 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST

Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 noon CST

Emergency Technical Help is Available 24-7 by Support Ticket or a Phone Call will be returned ASAP based on Ticket or Voicemail needs.

After Hours support and technical help is available and an additional charge of $30 per/hour may apply depending on whether or not support was an actual "Emergency" or not.
