Dialer is calling the same number again in the campaign!

The dialer will only call the numbers that you have uploaded into the dialer, as long as you have checked the "Prevent duplicate phone number in file" and the box "I’m allowed to call these contacts". The dialer will only upload the number once.

 If you are uploading more phone numbers into an already exiting campaign you must check  the box "prevent duplicate phone numbers in file" amd the box "prevent duplicate phone number in campaign" and the box "I’m allowed to call these contacts". The dialer will only upload the number once and check your current campaign of numbers with the new campaign of numbers to make sure it is only uploaded once to be called .

If you did not check these boxes the system will just upload the campaign and you could have uploaded a number multiple times.

To fix this create a new campaign and start from scratch. Follow the steps here and this should fix the issue.
