Lock out Unwanted Access by Location

If you would like to restrict the network and location of where your staff can log in and use the dialer at, then you need to add the location lock service to your account.  To do this give us all of the IP Addresses for the locations you wish to grant access to use your dialer.

To do this you need to find out your Static IP for your network. (Please make sure you have a STATIC IP address or you will lock yourself out of your dialer every time your ISP changes your Dynamic Network IP and this will cause a $20 fee to correct. )

You must call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and they will let you know your Static IP or will assign you a static IP.
