System is stuck and I can't log off.

My system is locked up and it won't let me disconnect from the dialer. I have signed off and back on but it is stuck and will not let me do anything. How do I fix this?

Try going to the admin tab of the agent that is having problems and change connections method to a different method then log out. Log back in and go back to the Admin tab and change it back to the original connection method and log back out. Now, log in and try to dial, this should correct the problem.
