Normal Hours of Operations for Sales, Training, General Support, Billing, Trials, and all General Inquiries:

Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm CST

Emergency Technical Help is Available 24-7 by Support Ticket or a Phone Call will be returned ASAP based on Ticket or Voicemail needs.

After Hours Support and technical help are available an additional charge of $30 per/hour may apply depending on whether or not support was an actual "Emergency" or not.
