We're going to show you how to import notes from your campaigns back into Collections Max. 


First, Choose the campaign you want to export the notes from and click the Export button.





Now you need to choose "Contact List" and hit Select All. If you don't want all dispositions, then just choose the ones you want to export. Now make sure the email address that is listed is where you want the results to go and hit Export.








Once you have received the return file, save it to a place on the computer you can find it.


Now, Click on the Export Accounts button on Collections Max









Now select the Dialer tab







Now click the "IMPORT T-MAX RET FILE button"










Now you are going to locate the file you received in your email from the Dialer Contact list export here and choose OPEN RETURN FILE








Once you select your file and hit Open, you will see the following screen.









Now just hit the PROCESS RETURN FILE button and wait for it to complete, here is what you should see when it's processing.









Once this is done, your notes are now imported into Collections Max.

You will now have the notes from the accounts you just processed in the notes section on Collections Max Professional.
