How do I schedule a call back? Print

  • 6

Click the Schedule Callback button on the disposition bar in your Contact View. From here you can choose between X hours, Tomorrow, Next Week, in 3 Months, in 6 Months, or Custom. (You must be in original campaign for a scheduled call back to pop up.)
