What Bandwidth/Speed Does the Dialer Use? Print

A Minimum of 256kbps of bandwidth per agent "Upload and Download" with near zero jitter is required.

If you would like to test your speed click the link to the left on your dialer that reads .

Once the page has fully loaded click on the Test now button (see picture below)
