Recycle and or Move Contacts on a Predictive Dialer Campaign
If you want to follow up on leads you talked to or set up a follow-up call before you end the current campaign, here is what you do.
Use caution and be sure to follow the below instructions as this cannot be reversed.
- Create a new campaign and call it Follow-ups, Monday calls or whatever works for you.
- recycle/move the dispositions you want to call and move them to the campaign you just created. (this will move them from the current campaign to the new campaign).
- Tell agents to get on the new campaign.
