If you request Remote help log into your dialer and click the REMOTE SUPPORT tab at the top right hand corner of your dialer (depending on the screen size it may be a drop down and to the left) call us request us to remote in and we will give you a 9 digit session id so that we can view your screen and walk you through the process. You can also go to http://tmaxdialer.com/dial/remote/ for us to remote in and if you are using a MAC you will need to click the link and choose screen share for a Mac.
