If you are using Windows XP, Try switching to Mozilla Firefox. Internet Explorer on Windows XP isn’t updated enough to use the dialer. If this does not fix the issue then something from your firewall settings is stopping your computer from talking to your SIP Phone.
One other issue that may be causing the problem is your router may be blocking the port. You will need to open up UDP port 5060 in your router.
