Tips & Tricks for Predictive dialer:

             -   If you are the only agent and you are working “Work #’s” then you should turn the Dial Rate Override to "1" So you can talk to every work # and go through their automated system to speak someone.

             -   Make sure all your agents are logged into the dialer at the same time so the dialer can work efficiently.

              -  Loading from the Master Do Not Delete template will save you time on every new campaign you load because you will not have to put your company information or the settings in every time. Just hit the LOAD button from the pencil icon      and make sure it say Master Do Not Delete then click LOAD.

             -   Sorting your .csv file randomly will change up the order your contacts are called, this will prevent dialer from calling your contact list in the same order.

             -   Script template is a way to make sure your agent's are saying what you want them to say. Type in script in the search bar from our Knowledge Base and follow the instructions.


Tips & Tricks for Voice Broadcast Dialer:

              -  Always "pause" the Voice Broadcast. Do not rely on logging out of the dialer or even shutting down your computer to stop the dialer. You MUST hit the PAUSE button to pause/stop the dialer.

              -  Rotate your caller ID numbers and your transfer to numbers for optimal performance.

              -  The perfect message for the Broadcast message (the press 1 message) and for the Voicemail message (Messages that are left on answering machines) is 30 to 45 seconds.

              -  If you are having a high amount of failed transfers, try slowing the dialer down so your agents are not busy when your recipients opt to be tranferred to you.
