First click the "Campaigns Tab".
Next find the campaign you want to load your CSV file to or create a new one.
On the campaign click the "Plus" button.
Click the Blue "Load CSV File" button.
Next find where your file is located then click on the file and click "Open"
Click the "Auto Assign" button first.
If all fields are not matched up please use the "Choose Field" drop down boxes to match your CSV headers to the right.
Your primary phone number should be chosen as *Phone* from the "Choose Field" dropdown.
If you check the box for "Prevent Duplicate Phone Number Against All Previous Contacts" the dialer will not call any number that has been previously called by the dialer.
If you check the box for "Randomize *NOT RECOMMENDED*" this will shuffle the calling order of your CSV file.
If you check the box for "Don't upload Any Phone Numbers that are already in this Campaign" the dialer will scrub against and previously loaded numbers in this campaign to make sure there are no duplicate phone numbers
If you check the box for "Scrub Against our Do-Not-Call List" if will make sure that any number in the Do Not Call List is loaded to the campaign (Always check this box)
You must click "I Am Allowed To Call These Contacts"
Click the blue "Upload" button.
