Scheduled Calls Print

Once you schedule your call back as follows:
Click the schedule callback button on the disposition bar. From here you can choose between one hour and 6 months, or create a custom time to call back. (You must be in original campaign for scheduled call back to pop up.)

You will see this on the "Home" Tab of your dialer.




By clicking the icons you can...

  1. EYE BALL will take you to the lead/account on the contact view screen.
  2. PHONE will call the lead/account
  3. X will delete the scheduled call back
  4. PENCIL will let you edit the time of the scheduled call back reminder

If you are logged in and a scheduled call back is due this will pop up.
