How do I find my Predictive Dialer Recordings and three-way call recordings? Print

You can find the Predictive Dialer and three-way call recordings the same way you find the normal recordings by clicking the “Website” button next to "Recordings" in the campaign that you were calling. 

Once you have clicked the Website button you will get a list of the recordings to download. Now hit CTRL + F for find and enter the number for the recording you are looking for then select download.
