The System is stuck and I can't log off
When it comes to something like this it is usually best to restart your computer. If after you restart your computer, you are still having a problem then give us a call at (620) 607-0249 so that we can remote in and troubleshoot the problem.
If you would like to troubleshoot the problem some more before restarting your computer or calling us, you can try going to the admin tab locate the agent that is having problems and change connections method to a different method then log out. Log back in and go back to the Admin tab and change the agent’s connection method back to the original connection method and log back out. Now, login and try to dial, this should correct the problem.
