If we set your account up this should already be done but if it’s not then after logging into the dialer go to your admin screen . Once you are on your Admin screen click on the pencil for the user you are wanting to have and or remove this ability from. Click on the (Tabs & Appearance) tab then check mark the box next to Record Direct Calls to give the agent the ability to record direct calls or uncheck it if you want to remove the ability. (The picture below is what the permissions should look like.)
