There is a call stuck in the agent monitor tab and the timer is still running.

If there is a phone number that has been called and not transferred to one of your agents on the real-time monitor screen and looks like it has been sitting there for a long time, this is a hiccup with the internet. The call has been disconnected, the number got stuck and the timer did as well. The remedy for this issue is to disconnect from the dialer, log out and back in so, the dialer can reset itself.
