What happens to the extra lines that are ringing when all the agents are busy

The client will be placed on hold for the amount of time you specify in the Wait for Agent Box for the next available agent to become available. If no agent comes available within the time frame you have selected the call will be dropped.

You can attach an abandonment message that will be played for them while waiting if you choose to do this make sure to set your wait for agent time long enough for the recording to play. We suggest having the message say something about please wait for the next available agent.
