How do I pop the screen in Simplicity? Print

Log in as the Admin on the dialer.

Click on the Admin Tab.

Click on the Edit Properties button "Pencil" for each agent. Where it says post url copy and paste the code below into the box and then save the changes.

Standard:     -> https://app.simplicitycollect.com/MasterView.aspx?case_id=#{internal_case_id}

West Server  -> https://west.simplicitycollect.com/MasterView.aspx?case_id=#{internal_case_id}

Have the agent log out and back in to the dialer.

Make sure you are logged into Simplicity to continue using the screen pop feature.

When the account pops up on the dialer screen, click the post url button "it looks like a blue up arrow".

The debtor information should now pop up on Simplicity.
