Setting up headers for dialer on Simplicity Collect Print

Please send us a list of the headers from csv. or excel file you exported from your account software. You don't need to send us the whole export, just the top row.  This will need to include any information you want your agent to see when the call is answered.  Example: first name, last name, status, account number, file number, balance, Original Creditor, State Address, reference note.... and any other info you feel is relevant. This can be up to 15 fields. (This information needs to be exactly how it is on your csv. We recommend you copy and then paste this information into an e-mail then send it to us. This will allow us to pop up the information instantly when your agent connects to the called party.

Here are the steps.

Login as the Admin and go to:

Tools > Account Exporter

If this is the First time you're creating an export for T-Max Dialer, Choose a name for your export and input it in the Name field and hit Create "We recommend calling it T-Max Export".  Remember that the dialer will only handle a MAX of 18 headers before you will not be able to see the header names on the dialer import screen.

Here is a list of recommended fields to include:

  1. Account Number
  2. Account Type
  3. Current Balance Due
  4. Employer Phone
  5. Debtor Email
  6. Debtor First Name
  7. Debtor Last Name
  8. Debtor Phone
  9. Debtor SSN (optional)
  10. Debtor State
  11. Employer Cell
  12. Employer Phone
  13. Original Creditor
  14. Debtor AKA
  15. Debtor Cell


Once you have all the fields you want selected, choose the update button on the top of the Account Exporter window to save the Schema.

Please do an export with the T-Max filter loaded and send us the Header row from the top of the export so we can input this information on the dialer. (C) T-Max Dialer & Communications (C)
