Transfer on All other Key Pressed. In short these are the numbers and symbols on your telephone keypad. If you have your transfer key set to “1” your recipients need to press “1” to be tranfered to your agents. If they hit any other key then the one that you have set the call will be dropped or do what you have assigned that key to do.
If you have other Transfer on All other Key Pressed checked and your recipient hits any other key the call will still get transferred to your agents on all calls that any key is pressed.
