VB What is the Primary Transfer to Phone Number, and the Backup Transfer to Phone Number?

When your recipients choice to press “1” to be connected to your agent the Primary Transfer to Number is the first number the dialer will transfer the recipient to. If the Transfer to Number is busy (Busy Only by the phone company if your calls go to a voicemail or rolls over automatically this will not work) then the dialer will transfer the call to the Backup Transfer to Phone Number.
