Do you want to project the Caller ID of the Lead's you are transferring to a representative? Please follow these easy steps below. Remember, you MUST be logged in as an Admin to make this change.
Click the Admin button 
on the bottom left side of the Dialer page.
Now find the Agent you want to modify and hit the pencil icon. 
Click on Settings and choose Lead's Number and hit Save Properties. 
If you ever want to change the Caller ID back to the Campaign number, just follow the same steps and choose Campaign's Number and hit Save Properties
