You cannot look a specific account up on the Dialer using a name, however you can look the account up through using the phone number if you have loaded it on a campaign. If you do not have a phone number, you can do an export of the campaign if the campaign is still loaded on the dialer locate the name on the spread sheet and then grab the number to search it on the dialer.
To search the number you will want to go to the Dashboard 
, at the top right of the screen you should see where it says "Search for phone number..." put the phone number in and click the magnify glass to search. Now click the eye next to the number most recent call at the bottom of the list.
