If the Customer is fully canceling their Predictive Dialer account, the account will remain active for the remainder of the prepaid service period. After this period ends, access to the dialer system and associated data may be terminated, unless service is renewed. If the Customer is requesting to remove specific seats, those seats will become inactive immediately upon submission of this form. All remaining seats and services will continue as usual through the prepaid service period. A $50 reactivation fee will apply if the Customer wishes to regain access to their account or retrieve data after full deactivation. Customer data will be held for up to 30 days following full account deactivation. After this time, there is no guarantee that any data will be retained or recoverable. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to download and save any necessary data prior to the end of their active paid service period. T-Max does not guarantee that data will be deleted or preserved. Data may or may not be deleted after 30 days, and T-Max has no obligation to retain or restore data beyond that period. No refunds or credits will be issued, as all services are prepaid.
