Do Not Call
Our Predictive Dialer utilizes a user-subscribed Do Not Call (DNC) filter during the time of import, and constantly as numbers are (un)subscribed. According to FCC/FTC regulations, companies conducting cold calling must individually register with the FTC. Doing so is free-of-charge and provides your company with a no cost DNC subscription of up to 5 area codes. BEWARE of trusting other companies to provide DNC “scrubbing” or subscription services this could cost you thousands in DNC fines!
Regulations on Predictive Dialing*
T-Max Predictive Q Dialing and Voice Broadcasts are 100% FTC/FCC compliant. Companies can construct custom FTC/FCC Abandon Messages from the Admin interface. In addition, the Dialer system automatically logs calls made to contacts including time of call, and the outcome (ie, answered, abandoned, busy, etc).
Some predictive dialing software is able to uphold FTC compliance by dropping the total number of calls initiated to a minimal amount. This will make your dialing campaign useless. The dialer dynamically monitors your campaign with our unique algorithm, modifying your real-time call volume to remain FCC/FTC complaint and capitalize on the entire number of outbound calls.
Full outbound Predictive Q statistics are available real-time from the Admin Tab.

The Do-Not-Call Fee Extension Act of 2007 also was enacted, setting the annual fees telemarketers will pay to access the registry in fiscal year 2009 at $54 for each area code of data accessed or $14,850 for access to every area code in the registry, whichever is less.  The list is still free to non-profit organizations.
